Kupe

In Te Ngahere we have been working on Panui. For panui this week we have been learning about the history of Aotearoa/New Zealand. We also learnt about Kupe, Nukutawhiti, James Cook and Abel Tasman. Me and my group choose Kupe and how he got to New Zealand we also found interesting facts such as Kupe was a 10th century figure who was involved in the polynesian discovery of New Zealand.
